Welcome to the North Shore Wildlife Sanctuary

The mission of the Sanctuary, as stated in the By-Laws, is "to preserve or to aid in the preservation of all types of wild nature, including natural areas, flora and fauna, and biotic communities; to establish nature reserves to be used for scientific, educational, and aesthetic purposes; to promote education in the fields of nature preservation and conservation."

Wildlife Notice

The North Shore Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected nature preserve and not a wildlife rescue, rehabilitation center, or veterinary facility. While we are dedicated to protecting natural habitats and educating the community, we are not able to accept injured or orphaned wildlife. If you encounter an animal in need, please contact a licensed wildlife rehabilitator or local animal control for assistance.
